Will you fill my pet's medications through Chewy or 1-800-petmeds?

We have an online pharmacy that matches the prices of major pet pharmacies and we will fill your prescriptions through our pharmacy. You must be a client and have had a physical exam for your pet within the last 12 months.

Do I need to assist during the exam?

Yes, your assistance will be required to hold your pet for an exam, vaccinations, and bloodwork if necessary.

I need to cancel my appointment. Is there a fee?

Requests for cancellations must be submitted 48 hours prior to the appointment. The $110 housecall fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours.

My pet is fearful/scared or can sometimes be aggressive at the veterinary clinic. Will you see my pet at my home?

Unfortunately, as a housecall practice, we do not have the staff or infrastructure to safely manage aggressive pets. If you'd like to try for a home visit, we may need to prescribe a mild sedative/anxiolytic which will require an initial visit and a follow-up visit where the sedative will be given the night before and the morning of the appointment. The initial visit will still have the veterinary housecall fee of $210. The follow-up visit will also have a veterinary housecall fee of $210 in addition to the other services that may be needed.

Do you see emergencies or pets in need of urgent care?

We do not see emergencies or pets in need of urgent care. If your pet is having an emergency please contact
your local emergency clinic. Medical records and information acquired at the emergency clinic can be emailed to
